    Cluster for Eco-Social Innovation and Development CEDRA Split is the first full-fledged social innovation cluster involving relevant local public, private and civic stakeeholders. It already hosts an eco-social project and entrepreneurship incubator and accelerator and is hosting Adriatic Social Welfare Observatory (ASO). ASO is part of the IPA Adriatic CBC 3 years project implemented in 5 countries of the Adriatic region as a pilot for social inclusion, social services and social entrepreneurship promotion and development. It also gathers ICT and creative industries sector with whom it develops innovative solutions for personal, organizational and community development based on the triple bottom line principles inclding online developmental project pipelining and support.
     
    We support and develop new projects related to: Eco-social innovation, Local & regional development, Entrepreneurship, Human potential development, Education & Training, Research, Policy.
    Our projects currently being executed: Amosfera coworking, incubator and accelerator, Career Bootcamp, Local public policy development, Social Inclusion programs in Gračac area, School entrepreneurship education and other.

  • INTERNSHIP OFFERS

    Due to an increase of workload and need for new additions in our team, we have decided to open up positions for internships. Or first batch of interns has now made it to the full time employment and it is time for us to look for next bright individuals who are willing to devote their time for personal development through mutual growth. You don't have be a student, this is open recrutation.

    What do we offer?

    We have two positions, Marketing intern and Hospitality intern, with duration of three months. Interns will be part of a team in newly established CEDRA Ltd. with focus on activities aimed at market. Workload will be 20 hours a week, during workdays. You will work directly with CEO.
    Depending on your performance, there is a possibility of long term cooperation with employment.

    Hospitality intern

     

    What will you do?

     

    You will get a front row seat to the everyday functions of our activities team  by helping the plan customers basadate and more. You will learn the basic processes and tools within the team and gain a comprehensive understanding The CEDRA Split. You will ensure customer satisfaction and do this by CRM.

     

    Teamwork in:

    • Learn about the day to day operations of a program, including policies and procedures.
    • Apply theories of organizational theory and program management to increase knowledge of how non-profit programs operate.
    • Understand the importance of flexibility, communication, and organization in the workplace.
    • As skills are developed, other responsibilities will be assigned.

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Focusing on the guest, delivering the correct services and quality of product as requested by the clients in a timely manner.
    • Maintaining up to date knowledge on all CEDRA Split events and customers.
    • Following up on clients requests.
    • Developing professional relationships with all clients.

     

    Intern will be start the internship in 1th October 2015 and end of 31th December 2015.

     

    General Mission

    Responsible for the reception desk, carrying out general administration duties and will be required to assist with the day to day running of the front Office department. Provide a friendly welcome and high-quality service over the phone/Skype/email and on the clients arrival to the office, deal with the demands on the front desk, find suitable solutions to meet customers’ needs depending on the possibilities available at the office. Carry out all necessary operations when clients arrive and depart (check-in/ check-out).

     

    Special qualifications:

    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Desire to learn and know more about the coworking and it's daily operations in order to share such information with individuals who seek knowledge.
    • Skill development areas: Communication, Intercultural proficiency, hospitaility.

     

    What You Will Learn:

    • Apply office software technology to increase administrative productivity.
    • Use effective customer relation skills to communicate with internal and external customers.
    • Create compelling content that will be shared by company.
    • More of additional opportunities in related projects.

     

    What We Require:

    • Background in Turism, Hospitaility, Marketing, Communication, Human Resourses Management or other related discipline.
    • Competent/fluent of the English language.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
    • Creative and Flexible.
    • Familiarity with social networking sites desired, but we will also train.
    • Interested in the issues equal access to learning resources and generally socially conscious individual.

    Marketing intern

     

    What will you do?

     

    You will get a front row seat to the everyday functions of an upper funnel marketing activities  by helping the plan and execute social network accounts media, create comprehensive marketing plans, advertisements, media relations, launch meaningful brand integrations, and more. You will learn the basic processes and tools within the team and gain a comprehensive understanding The CEDRA Split.

     

    Intern will be start the internship in 1th October 2015 and end of 31th December 2015.

     

    Coordinates with director and other departments throughout the organization to ensure branding, marketing and communication initiatives are seamlessly coordinated to deliver optimal business results. Works with various teams to ensure toward fulfillment of marketing plan and those ad hoc requests are met in a timely and responsive manner. Works to measure marketing effectiveness, and develop and produce various marketing reports to key internal customers, advertisements and social media relations. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the marketing tasks with a variety of social media and marketing initiatives.

     

     

    Essential Function:

    • Supports the daily management of the communication and marketing plan and all associated activities; ensuring delivery of plans are on time and within budget.
    • Monitors and reports on how the marketing activities are delivering optimal sales and retention results and adjust plans.
    • Assists in the creation of database, advertisements and social media relations.

     

    Teamwork in:

    • Learn about the day to day operations.
    • Apply theories of marketing and Public Relations.
    • Understand the importance of flexibility, communication, and organization in the workplace.
    • As skills are developed, other responsibilities will be assigned.

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge and experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media platforms.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Some marketing experience or knowledge preferred
    • Experience of social media accounts management is a plus.

     

    Essential Function:

    • Supports the daily management of the communication and marketing plan and all associated activities; ensuring delivery of plans are on time and within budget.
    • Monitors and reports on how the marketing activities are delivering optimal sales and retention results and adjust plans.
    • Assists in the creation of database, advertisements and social media relations.

     

    What You Will Learn:

    • How to create a short and long term social media plan and marketing calendar.
    • Relationship building with our online community by maintaining Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other media accounts.
    • Create compelling content that will be shared by company.
    • Creative feedback and viral loops between our Facebook Page, twitter, and blog accounts.
    • Assist our Mentor of Social Media Marketing in building and presenting social media strategy.
    • More of additional opportunities in related projects.

     

    What We Require:

    • Background in Marketing, Communication, Management or other related discipline.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
    • Creative and Flexible.
    • Interested in the issues of equal access to learning opportunities and generally socially conscious individual.
